Consent for cookies and personalized advertising.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
In some regions (including the EU/EEA/UK and other places with similar rules), we ask for consent before using non-essential cookies or serving personalized ads. This page explains how that works on controlresonant.guide.
Consent banner / CMP
When required, a consent message may appear (for example via Google Funding Choices / AdSense messaging or Site Kit). You can typically:
- Accept personalized ads and related cookies
- Reject or limit to non-personalized ads where offered
- Manage vendor or purpose choices where the tool provides them
Your choice may be stored so we do not ask on every visit. Clearing cookies or using a new device/browser may show the message again.
Withdraw or change consent
- Look for a privacy / cookie settings link in the consent tool (often in the footer of the banner or a floating icon after you choose).
- Clear site cookies in your browser, then reload to see the banner again.
- Use Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info for Google / industry ad preferences.
Non-personalized ads
If you decline personalized advertising where that option is available, Google may still show ads that are not based on your profile (subject to Google’s products and local rules).
