CONTROL Resonant gym puzzle means the Pulse Fitness workout Secret Hideout — treadmill, stationary bike, and Limu vending machine in the correct order. It sits in the Unknown (mid/north lower levels; near West Incursion 21 on some maps). Bring Shift / Reach to island-hop there.

Quick solution Treadmill 0.5 MPH → bike 15 MPH → Limu vending once → treadmill 15 MPH → bike 0.5 MPH. Wall by the bike opens.

How to solve

  1. Enter Pulse Fitness. Read the Workout Instructions board (room off to the right) — two cardio sets with one vending break.
  2. Front treadmill → set 0.5 MPH (slow stroll).
  3. Back bike room → set bike 15 MPH (furious cycling).
  4. Hallway green Limu vending → interact once only (water break).
  5. Front treadmill again → set 15 MPH (invigorating run).
  6. Back bike → set 0.5 MPH (leisurely ride).

The purple keyhole wall beside the bike slides open. Downstairs: Health Upgrade Point + lore file. Completing all six zone hideouts unlocks Backroom Espionage — Secret Hideouts.
