CONTROL Resonant taxi / taxi locations searches point to The Last Taxi — 7 taxis, one per zone. Inspect any cab to start the quest (honking / flashing lights). Reward: Untapped Coffee Cup Artifact + progress toward Threshold Researcher (with Unsupervised Science). Any order. Some need Shift or Reach.
How The Last Taxi works
- Find a taxi (map mark when near — listen for the horn).
- Enter — you drop into a Threshold pocket.
- Answer Mila’s payphone, then solve the taxi-pick puzzle (usually: enter the cab that differs / has the correct light / shadow / missing part).
- Repeat for remaining zones.

Puzzle tip
Each Threshold runs multiple rounds. Look for the odd taxi out — roof light on, missing part, wrong shadow, or the one that does not sync with streetlights. Be quick when lights cycle. Wrong cab usually resets the round.
