CONTROL Resonant Underhill means Dr. Underhill in The Park — the NPC for New Growth. She gives the Mold tracking device and takes your specimen report at the end.
How to meet Underhill
- Finish The Hedron Link → Zoe’s Briefing.
- Go to The Park FBC Base door / team.
- Talk to Underhill and take the device (pulse Mold clumps with L1/LB).
What Underhill wants
Three Mold Sample Test Tubes (sewer yellow container, graffiti alley, urban street after rooftops). Full locations: New Growth guide.
Report or spare Underhill?
At the end you can report or spare her — quest rewards stay the same (Untapped Brass Dusters). Budding Mycologist also needs Carbon Copy.
