Altered Items Updated Sep 27, 2026
A New Directive is one of the five Altered Item quests for Panopticon Intern. It commonly appears while exploring The Unknown (often alongside Pope’s Research) after a call / discovery trigger.
Follow the quest marker, contain the Altered Item objective, then continue the Langston set with Freeze Frame / Complete Set if unfinished.
